Join a growing team at Dynamic Hire & Labour Solutions, part of an established, family-owned and operated group of businesses in the industrial storage industry. As a Site Team Member, you'll play a key hands-on role installing and dismantling pallet racking and shelving systems at customer sites. You'll start and finish your day at our Dandenong South depot and travel to site with the team in a company vehicle. In a typical week you'll spend around three days on site and two days in the warehouse preparing upcoming jobs, with some weeks on site every day.

Key responsibilities

- Start and finish each day at our Dandenong South depot and travel to customer sites across Melbourne metro in a company vehicle
- Safely unload, handle, and manoeuvre materials and components
- Operate plant and equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts, elevated work platforms) only when fully licensed, trained, and authorised under SWMS
- Install, modify and dismantle pallet racking and shelving systems accurately, following project layouts, construction documentation and AS 4084
- Proactively identify and report any site deviations, issues, or required variations to the team leader or management
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Represent the company professionally and courteously when interacting with customers and stakeholders
- Prepare and pick orders for upcoming jobs
- Pre-assemble or modify frames, beams and shelving ready for installation, sale or hire
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse (sweeping, tool charging/storage, waste disposal)





About you

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling, working at heights, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude with a strong team focus
- Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality work
- Australian work rights, a valid driver's licence, and a Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- Desirable: forklift licence, EWP/scissor lift licence, Working at Heights ticket, or prior labouring/installation experience

$35.00 per hour (above Award), plus overtime and allowances under the Building and Construction General On-site Award

Travel allowance on days you're asked to travel directly to site in your own vehicle

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, plus a Rostered Day Off (RDO) every four weeks

Company vehicle provided for depot-to-site travel

Permanent full-time role with paid annual leave, personal leave and superannuation

Varied work — a mix of site installs and warehouse work

Support to gain tickets (forklift, EWP), with pay reviews based on merit and a pathway to Site Team Leader
