Uplyft is seeking a Coordinator for Home Stretch in Bentley, Western Australia. This fixed-term, full time role (37.5 hours/week) runs until 30 June 2027 with a starting salary of A$126,874.06 per annum plus super.

The Coordinator will lead staff, supervise volunteers, and support young people transitioning from state care. Applicants should have a human services qualification and experience with youth, leadership, and safeguarding.
