- Own the plan, scope, RAID log, stage gates and outcome-based milestones
- Run the steering committee, weekly status and escalations with Asahi stakeholders
- Coordinate ITC onsite and offshore teams, the OneStream vendor, and Asahi IT, Finance and InfoSec
- Manage change control, dependencies, and the CAB / transport calendar
- Lead cutover, go / no-go and hypercare, then hand over to the AMS team
Must have
- Has delivered SAP integration or finance data programmes, ideally SAP ECC to an EPM or CPM tool (OneStream, HFM, Anaplan, BPC)
- Fixed-price or milestone-based delivery under tight timelines
- Senior stakeholder management across Finance and IT
Positive to have: PMP / PRINCE2; experience in Australian FMCG or beverages
