We want the best service operator in NSW to build it with us.

- Ground floor. Build the service operation from scratch: the team, the scheduling, the systems and the standards. You'll report directly to the MD.
- Serious backing. A joint venture between the Joyce family (Jaybro, Orange Hire) and the UK private equity backed Ventro Group. Significant capital behind it, growing organically and by acquisition.

- You. You have 10+ years in fire protection and you've led technicians. You know AS 1851, AFSS and FPAS inside out, and positive techs will follow you.
