Soul Origin Brisbane Airport is seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us! We have multiple positions available for Baristas, Kitchen Hands and Customer Service Superstars!

BARISTAS

Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced workplace? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you! As a Soul Origin Barista, you’ll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. To be successful in this role you’ll have:

· A minimum of 6 months Barista experience

· Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required, with early start at 3am

· A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers

· Ability to work as a team – when you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups

· An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

KITCHEN HANDS

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Then the Back of House role is for you! To be successful you’ll have:

· Experience using commercial grade knives

· Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes

· Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team

· Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required, with early start at 3am





· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

· Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do you love making others smile? Are you outgoing and confident? Will you wear the Soul Origin uniform with pride? Then this is the role is for you! To be successful you’ll have:

· An approachable demeanor and good communication skills

· Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required, with early start at 3am

· Good attention to detail and cash handling skills

· An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

· A flexible approach to work – at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers! You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items

· Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience
