About the role

Provide outstanding customer service and support on every delivery and collection. Delivering and collecting machinery and equipment across the Fraser Coast, safely loading, restraining, and unloading a range of machines. Handing over equipment to customers and answering their questions on site.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering and collecting machinery and equipment across the Fraser Coast

- Safely loading, restraining, and unloading a range of machines

- Handing over equipment to customers and answering their questions on site

- Completing daily pre-start checks and keeping your truck clean and roadworthy

- Recording equipment condition and completing delivery paperwork accurately

- Supporting yard team with equipment staging and preparation





- Providing outstanding customer service and support on every delivery and collection

About you

- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) license – this is the minimum license class required

- Minimum 5 years' experience operating an HR vehicle

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help people

- Machinery operating experience (highly regarded)

- Forklift License (highly regarded)

- Robust commitment to safety and attention to detail

- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
