The Opportunity

MacKellar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a mine site near Nyngan, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who can drive safe, efficient and reliable maintenance operations while supporting a skilled team of tradespeople. Working on a 7/7 FIFO roster from Brisbane, you'll play a key role in coordinating daily maintenance activities, maximising equipment availability and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role within mining or heavy industry.




- Robust knowledge of mobile plant maintenance and heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a maintenance team.
- Sound planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site stakeholders.
- Relevant trade qualifications (Diesel Fitting or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
