Beachworth Co. Pty Ltd Beachworth Co. Pty Ltd (Armour Motel) is seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our motel and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The Motel Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the motel, ensuring effective accommodation services, maintaining high customer service standards, and supporting the continued success of the business. Task & responsibilities Direct and oversee daily motel operations, including reservations, front office reception, guest check-in and check-out procedures, housekeeping coordination, and room allocation. Monitor occupancy levels and booking systems to maximise room utilisation and revenue. Supervise housekeeping activities to ensure guest rooms and common areas are maintained to high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Coordinate property, garden, pool, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Assess and review guest feedback, resolve customer concerns, and implement service improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee purchasing and inventory requirements for accommodation supplies, linen, cleaning products, and guest amenities.

Monitor financial performance, prepare operational reports, assist with budgeting activities,



and oversee daily cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, accommodation industry standards, and relevant legislative requirements. Recruit, train, supervise, and support motel staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.

Provide guests with local tourism information, recommend attractions and activities, and assist with arranging transportation and local experiences. Coordinate group bookings and special accommodation arrangements for clubs, tour groups, and events. Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, tourism operators, and local stakeholders.

Qualification & experience Relevant diploma level qualification or higher qualification or equivalent relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, motel, or accommodation management Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience in hotel, motel, hospitality, or accommodation operations. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Experience using reservation and booking management systems.

Sound financial, administrative, and organisational skills. Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements within the hospitality industry. About Company Beachworth Co.
