With an exciting product range spanning homewares, interiors, kitchen and cooking, this is a business where customers come in looking for inspiration - and leave with plenty of it!

We're on the hunt for an experienced, commercially-minded Store Manager who knows how to bring a team together, drive sales and create a store customers genuinely love visiting. You'll be leading a team of up to 20 people, building capability, setting the sales focuses and results expectations while ensuring sure the business delivers on every level. We're looking for someone who leads from the front driving customer experience, loves developing people and understands that great retail results don't happen by accident!

What you'll bring to the table....:

- A proven track record coaching, leading and developing large and high-performing teams...
- Selling and client engagement skills that exceed ALL expectations!
- Strong commercial nous with the ability to drive budgets, sales targets and individual KPIs.
- Exceptional operational skills, including wages, rostering, stock management and administration.




- Confidence managing HIGH VOLUME inventory and maintaining impeccable presentation standards.
- A natural ability to recruit, train, mentor and build a successful team.
- Outstanding consultative selling skills and a genuine passion for customer experience.
- Energy, initiative and the ability to balance people, product and performance.
