About the role

Eastwood Blessings is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Childcare Educator. We are a small family owned centre committed to fostering creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning in young children. Our holistic approach to education empowers children to explore their interests and develop essential skills in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities

- Engage and supervise children in age-appropriate activities

- Create a secure, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children

- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Implement the curriculum to promote children's learning and development

- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines

About you

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards one)

- Experience in Early Childhood education

- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one

- First Aid, CPR,



and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development

- Australian work rights required
