Health Focus Manufacturers (HFM) is a proudly Australian, family-owned manufacturer of premium skincare, haircare, body care, tanning and pet care products, supplying customers from emerging start-ups to internationally recognised brands.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with others and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

About the Role

You'll help keep our warehouse and manufacturing operations running smoothly by ensuring raw materials, packaging components and finished goods are received, stored, moved and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

- Shifts rostered between 6:00am and 4:06pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect and store incoming materials.

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move materials throughout the facility.

- Supply production teams with materials and assist with finished goods preparation and dispatch.

- Maintain accurate inventory records, FIFO stock rotation and associated documentation.

- Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse duties.

- Maintain a clean, organised and GMP-compliant warehouse.

- Follow workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures.

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic,



a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to contribute to the team.

You'll ideally have:

- A current LF forklift licence (essential). Bendi experience highly regarded.

- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.

- Valuable computer skills, with experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (e.g. SAP) advantageous.

- Good attention to detail and an organised approach.

- A reliable, punctual and conscientious attitude.

- The ability to follow instructions, work cooperatively and help where needed.

- Flexibility to work reasonable overtime when required.

Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food or beverage manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
