Autobody Prestige is seeking a professional, hardworking, and enthusiastic Office Receptionist to join our growing team in Maribyrnong. As leaders in vehicle smash repairs, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship.

The Opportunity

As our Receptionist and Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office/reception while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- General reception duties – customer service (in-person and phone), data entry, and payment processing

- Responding to email and online enquiries from customers, insurers, and suppliers

- Processing estimates and sourcing quotes for review

- Uploading and submitting estimates through insurance industry systems

- Following up recoveries

- Managing hire car invoicing and payments

- Debtor follow-ups, including insurance companies

About You

- Previous smash repairs experience (essential)

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail

- Ability to liaise professionally with insurers, suppliers, and customers

- Positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team

- Explicit written and verbal communication skills

- Must have full Australian work rights
