Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a warm, engaging and professional welcome and farewell to staff, clients, visitors and contractors.

- Manage visitor and staff registrations using the designated building management system.

- Maintain immaculate presentation of reception areas, guest lounges and meeting rooms.

- Oversee the preparation, presentation and ongoing upkeep of meeting rooms throughout the day.

- Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings.

- Assist with updating and maintaining information across tenant portals.

- Provide administrative support in response to tenant requirements, including mailroom services, postage, reporting and general administration.

- Maintain a proactive approach to ensuring the workplace experience is seamless and consistently exceptional.

This role involves a combination of walking, standing, sitting and occasional manual handling.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience within five-star hotels or premium, high-end hospitality environments.

- Experience delivering exceptional service to VIPs,



executives and senior-level guests.

- A natural ability to anticipate client needs and deliver service before being asked.

- Confidence working autonomously, with a proactive, self-motivated and driven approach.

- A genuine passion for creating lasting impressions and building meaningful relationships.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- A high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.

- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
