This company is offering a senior role within a successful civil contractor that is established in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management from inception to completion.

Your duties will include:

- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Excavate as per engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Implement shoring, bracing, or other support systems to prevent collapses.
- Manage and dispose of excavated materials in compliance with regulations.
- Managing employees, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders,



and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Leading a team of skilled professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure stability and prevent cave-ins.
- Document daily site activities, inspections, and any incidents.

- Local experience preferably in QLD but Australian market is essential. All is stated above.
