Withstand Lawyers
Parramatta
Graduate or junior lawyer (admitted or due for admission by early 2027).
The Chance
Withstand Lawyers is welcoming a graduate lawyer to our personal injury practice.
From the start, you'll progress casework and move clients' claims forward, learning our systems and workflows along the way. As your confidence grows, matters will be allocated to you and your caseload will build gradually.
Our first focus in your career is ensuring you're an excellent drafter, because a lawyer who drafts well can confidently review and guide the work of others. Once your practice reaches 50 matters, you'll have your own paralegal and legal secretary. You'll delegate drafting to your team and focus on running your matters, operating your practice, negotiating and settling them effectively.
We're looking for someone ambitious, with a positive attitude and a genuine drive to keep improving. If you care about helping injured people and want to build a long-term career in personal injury law, you'll feel at home here.
