Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking applications for Spray Seal Crew Members. You will support a spray seal crew delivering bitumen road installation and repair works on local projects and on away-based assignments. Away work typically runs for 1–3 weeks.

About the Role

- Complete bitumen road installation and repair activities
- Support daily crew operations and site tasks as directed
- Work locally or travel for away-based assignments (1–3 weeks)
- Maintain safe, reliable, and productive work practices within the crew

Requirements

- Willingness to work both locally and away from home as required
- Availability for away-based assignments lasting 1–3 weeks
- Ability to contribute to physical, hands-on roadworks tasks
- HR truck licence required (MR or higher is potentially suitable)
