Monash University invites outstanding candidates to undertake PhD research in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering. The project, titled Physical Metallurgy of Hydrogen-Based Iron Oxide Reduction, explores how temperature, gas atmosphere and initial microstructure influence reduction pathways and microstructure evolution toward a microstructure-informed framework for iron oxide reduction.
