As a Warehouse Pick/Packer & Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a dual role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while providing top-notch customer support. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, picking and packing products, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

- ⁠Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

- Verify orders for accuracy and completeness

- Maintain organized and clean workspace

- Restock shelves and rotate inventory

- Cycle counting

- ⁠Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals

Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat)

- Provide product information and recommendations

To be considered you must have:
- Strong communication skills and a team player

- Strong attention to detail

- Minimum 1 year experience in picking and packing
- literacy and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems

- Must be reliable with a positive attitude

- Musty be physically fit and hard working

- LF forklift license.
