What you’ll do

- Coach CEOs and business owners: Provide insight, build clarity and support better-informed business decisions.

- Develop your cohort of members: Identify prospective members, build relationships and guide suitable candidates through the onboarding process.
- Grow your practice: Attract and retain members, developing a strong membership base over time.

- Significant C-suite leadership or business ownership experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results.
- The credibility and communication skills to engage CEOs and business owners as a peer and guide productive discussions.
- The time and entrepreneurial drive to build your own practice as an independent contractor, including developing your network and attracting new members.
- A learning mindset and a desire to continually develop your own capabilities.

Professional coaching experience is valuable, but your leadership experience, business judgement and ability to bring out the best in others are central to the role.
