Coe Industrial Solutions and Coe Hire are seeking a motivated and organised Hire & Site Coordinator to join our Olympic Dam operation.

About the roleBased at BHP's Olympic Dam mine site, you'll play a key role in keeping our site operations and hire business running smoothly.

This is a varied position combining operational coordination, customer service, hire sales and administration. You'll work closely with our technicians, management team, clients and suppliers, helping ensure jobs are organised, equipment is where it needs to be and opportunities are followed through.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Administrating day-to-day site activities,



technician schedules and operational requirements.
- Assisting with hire enquiries, equipment availability, movements and rental administration.
- Identifying new equipment hire opportunities and building relationships with customers.
- Supporting hire contracts, including sourcing equipment through our fleet, cross-hire suppliers and approved purchases.
- Managing work orders, jobcards, purchase orders and invoicing documentation.
- Coordinating parts, freight, site access and general operational logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting improvements to our systems and processes.
- Liaising with clients and providing reliable communication and follow-through.

You'll have the support of an experienced team, while being trusted to take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute ideas. About youWe're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, working with people and making things happen.

You may already have experience in equipment hire, mining administration, site coordination, logistics or customer service. Alternatively, you might have strong administration and coordination skills and be looking for an opportunity to develop within the industry.

You'll bring excellent communication skills, attention to detail,



initiative and the confidence to follow things through.

An understanding of mining operations, equipment hire or work order systems would be advantageous, but the right attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership are just as important.
