Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Internal Technical Sales and Operations Specialist to support our sales team and streamline operations. This role bridges technical expertise with sales and customer service, ensuring smooth internal processes and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist the sales team with technical inquiries and customer requirements.





 Coordinate internal sales processes and ensure order fulfillment.

 Communicate with clients to provide technical support and product information.

 Work closely with the operations team to manage inventory, logistics, and procurement.

 Analise sales data and generate reports for strategic decision-making.

 Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Background in technical sales, operations, or a related field associated with the electronic security industry.

 Strong understanding of Hanwha Vision (previously Samsung and Hanwha Techwin), Digifort

VMS, Golmar and Videoman Intercoms but not limited too.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
