About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full Time Beauty Advisor to join our team at Priceline Woodvale This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience and driving sales across our beauty and skincare product ranges. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our beauty department, providing expert guidance, product recommendations, and personalised beauty advice to help customers find the perfect solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

- Provide knowledgeable and personalised beauty advice to customers, including product recommendations for skincare, cosmetics, and wellness items

- Demonstrate product features, advantages and application techniques to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and following up with customers about their product experiences

- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all beauty and skincare ranges stocked in the pharmacy

- Keep the beauty department clean, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems





- Identify customer needs and suggest complementary products to enhance their beauty and wellness routines

- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer service across all departments

- Stay updated on current beauty trends, seasonal products, and promotional campaigns

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working in a retail environment, ideally in beauty, pharmacy, or a similar customer-facing role

- Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare ingredients, and current beauty trends

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- A genuine passion for beauty and wellness products

- Ability to provide personalised advice and understand different skin types and beauty concerns

- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, friendly attitude and professional appearance

- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including potential weekend and public holiday shifts

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Preferred: Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty, cosmetology, or skincare
