As we continue to develop our project portfolio, we're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join the team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who enjoys managing people, solving problems and taking ownership of project delivery.

You'll work closely with our Project Managers, Contract Administrators and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing day-to-day site operations across commercial construction and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, materials and site resources.
- Managing site programmes, progress and quality of workmanship.
- Maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety.
- Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact project delivery.
- Maintaining accurate site records, documentation and progress updates.
- Building positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and the PBS team.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with specifications, budgets and agreed timeframes.

About You We're looking for someone who is practical, organised and confident in managing commercial construction sites.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience supervising commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment projects.




- A sound understanding of construction methodology, WHS requirements and quality standards.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- A current White Card and driver's licence.
- A willingness to use digital systems for site reporting and project documentation.

Experience working in live or occupied environments, particularly across government, education or health facilities, would be highly regarded.
