Based in Broadbeach, QLD with a national telehealth reach, this expert-led service provides comprehensive assessments and post-diagnostic support for children, young people and families. Advanced Trainees are encouraged to express interest now, with commencement following Fellowship and appropriate specialist registration.
Working alongside experienced doctors and allied health professionals, you will deliver personalised, neuroaffirming care guided by internationally recognised standards. The patient cohort primarily includes children under 15, with some young people aged up to 18–20.
Care extends beyond diagnosis to include therapy recommendations, educational planning, behavioural interventions, treatment pathways and practical strategies to support families.
The opportunity
- 70% of billings, with fees of $1,300–$1,500 per full 291 assessment
- Hybrid working, combining face-to-face consultations in St Kilda with telehealth

About you
- An Advanced Trainee in Psychiatry approaching Fellowship and preparing for your first consultant appointment
- Eligible for specialist practice by commencement
- Available for face-to-face consultations in Broadbeach, QLD ideally one day per week or at least one day per fortnight, with the remaining clients
- Interested in working with children, adolescents and families across presentations including ASD, ADHD and disordered eating
