About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, organised and hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team across commercial / industrial sites. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage rosters, conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety standards and deliver high‑quality cleaning outcomes for our clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train and coordinate cleaning staff
- Schedule rosters and allocate daily tasks
- Conduct regular site audits and quality checks
- Manage cleaning supplies, stock and equipment
- Respond promptly to client feedback and complaints
- Ensure full compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Prepare daily / weekly progress reports
- Perform hands‑on cleaning duties as required
- Liaise with site managers and clients

Required Qualifications & Experience





- Proven experience in cleaning supervision (minimum 2‑3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of commercial / industrial cleaning standards
- Understanding of WHS, risk assessments and secure work practices
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and prioritise workloads
- Certificate III / IV in Cleaning Operations or similar is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
