Your New Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional who understands how to operate in an executive leadership environment, bringing the judgement, discretion and organisational awareness needed to provide high-level support to senior leadership.

This is a varied opportunity for someone who can navigate complex issues, manage competing priorities and bring together people and information to ensure key organisational objectives remain on track.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll act as a trusted point of contact and representative, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and coordinating key initiatives. You’ll also play an key role in supporting organisational change, coordinating projects and ensuring appropriate governance and reporting arrangements are maintained.

You will:

- Provide strategic advice and support on complex operational and strategic matters, ensuring senior leadership is well informed

- Research and analyse complex information, translating it into clear advice and recommendations to support timely decision-making

- Prepare, manage and review high level documentation including briefings, reports, presentations and submissions

- Manage executive communications and follow-up, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring requests,



commitments and deadlines are appropriately prioritised and followed through

- Coordinate projects and initiatives, working collaboratively across the organisation to achieve outcomes and manage the impact of change

- Coordinate governance activities and board reporting requirements, ensuring information is accurate and comprehensive

Your Background

- A degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated experience in a similar position providing high-level support to senior leadership

- Experience in an environment with established governance requirements and protocols would be considered favourably

- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, and high workloads in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex information clearly
