Alongside welcoming holidaymakers exploring the Pilbara, we provide accommodation for long-term workforce guests supporting essential regional projects. • Access to our Employee Assistance Program What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to person for maintenance across the park, staying ahead of issues and making sure our facilities and accommodation are secure, functional and well presented. Your Day Could Include
• Taking ownership of day-to-day and preventative maintenance across the park
• Keeping guest accommodation, facilities, grounds and equipment in great condition




• Prioritising maintenance requests across a busy property
• Coordinating contractors and specialist trades when required
• Monitoring tools, equipment and maintenance supplies
• Supporting safety, compliance and preventative maintenance requirements
• Working closely with park management and the wider team What you'll bring For this one, previous experience as a Caretaker or in a property management role within a holiday or accommodation park environment is essential. You'll Also Bring
• Strong hands-on maintenance and general repair experience
• Confidence taking ownership of a property's maintenance requirements
• A strong commitment to safety
• The ability to work collaboratively with the wider park team
