Role Description The Infor OS / ION Integration Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations within the Infor OS and ION ecosystem. This role involves configuring ION workflows, setting up data flows, and integrating Infor ERP solutions (LN, M3, CloudSuite) with third-party and internal systems. The specialist will monitor integration performance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and optimize integration patterns for reliability and scalability. Daily activities include collaborating with functional and technical teams, gathering integration requirements, documenting solution design, and implementing best practices for security, error handling, and testing. The role also requires supporting deployments,



providing user guidance on integration-related topics, and contributing to continuous improvement of integration standards and templates. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, diagnose integration issues, and optimize system performance.
• Candidates should possess explicit and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting technical solutions, and supporting stakeholders in different regions.
• Candidates should possess solid Integration skills, including experience with Infor OS / ION, API-based integrations, data mapping, workflow design, and middleware or ESB concepts.
• Candidates should possess proficient Troubleshooting skills to investigate errors, perform root cause analysis, manage incidents, and maintain integration stability.
• Candidates should possess practical Software Development skills, preferably in languages and frameworks relevant to Infor integrations (e.g., REST services, scripting, XML/JSON, SQL).
• Experience with Infor LN, M3, CloudSuite, and related ERP modules is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns, security standards, and testing methodologies for enterprise systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple integration tasks, and meet project timelines across global time zones.
