The Role:

- Managing a portfolio of circa 120 properties (Southside Portfolio). Predominantly new builds
- Entry & exit condition reports
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
- Maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring compliance is up to date
- End to end with support provided.

The Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in Property Management
- The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
- Hard-working and honest work ethic
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Drivers license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
