As a Full time Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences

- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and productive manner

- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs

- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques

- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials

Experience:

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

- Excellent culinary skills and creativity

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
