Northrop Newcastle is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead project teams and own the technical delivery of structural projects across a range of sectors. You will manage projects from concept to construction, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with clients and the management team. You'll contribute to business development, prepare proposals, and help develop the Structural section while enjoying a cooperative culture and hybrid working arrangements.
