About the Role
As Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll own the commercial side of your projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packages Run tender evaluations and let trade packages Prepare and administer head contract and subcontract progress claims Manage variations, EOTs and contractual correspondence Monitor project budgets, cost reports and cash flow forecasts Work closely with your Project Manager and Site Manager to keep projects on program and on budget What We’re Looking For Recent experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator / CA Strong commercial building experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder Ability to manage projects and packages from start to finish Sound understanding of construction methodology and Australian Standard contracts Live environment experience (hospitals, airports or occupied buildings) highly regarded Excellent communication and negotiation skills Brisbane / Queensland construction market experience highly regarded Interested?
