A outstanding opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties, with support and the opportunity to get involved in business development.

Whether you have previous commercial experience or are looking to transition from residential property management, this role offers the chance to develop your skills and grow your career.

What's on Offer?

- Manageable portfolio of commercial / residential properties.
- Monday–Friday, with no weekend work.
- Training and support to build your commercial experience.
- Opportunity to gain BDM experience and develop new business.
- $75,000–$95,000 package, depending on experience.

The Role:

- Manage ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections.
- Communicate with owners and tenants.
- Manage rental arrears, notices and lease renewals.
- Conduct onsite visits as required.
- Issue breach notices where necessary.
- Deliver great customer service.

About You:

- Experience managing a residential or commercial property portfolio.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.




- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
