This Australian leader in cosmeceutical skincare and medical aesthetics is experiencing exciting growth across Australia and New Zealand.
With an established network, this company is looking for a Sydney-based Territory Manager to drive sales growth across NSW and ACT while delivering engaging, hands-on clinical education to healthcare professionals.

This is a predominantly sales-focused role (85% sales / 15% training), ideal for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for education, relationship building and the cosmeceutical and aesthetics industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Drive sales growth across a premium portfolio of cosmeceutical skincare products throughout NSW and ACT.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across key product ranges.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop existing accounts to maximise territory potential.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with dermatologists, cosmetic doctors,



clinics and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver hands-on clinical training and education to support product knowledge and customer confidence.

The successful candidate will have:

- Proven success in a Business Development Manager, Sales Representative or Territory Manager role, ideally within aesthetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a related industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage a territory as your own business, identify opportunities and close sales.
- Experience delivering in-clinic training, ideally within a clinical or healthcare setting.
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach and a genuine passion for building relationships and growing business.
