ACH Group is seeking a caring Care Worker to support residents across our southern homes. You will help residents stay healthy, safe and engaged, following individual care plans and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

If you are passionate about enabling independence and have a Certificate III in Individual Support or are a nursing student with placement, you will fit in with ACH Group’s friendly, diverse culture and adaptable shifts with salary packaging options.
