Globalcote is a proudly Australian-owned and operated manufacturer based in Capalaba, Queensland. Since 2010, we have been producing high-quality exterior specialty coatings supplied throughout Australia and international markets.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated factory hand to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with manufacturing, production or warehouse experience who enjoys maintaining high standards, and supporting a productive team workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders

Assist with the manufacture, packaging and dispatch of specialty coating products

Operate forklifts and production equipment (where licensed and trained)

Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

Undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting products up to 30kg

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:





Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record

The ability to understand and follow technical specifications and production procedures

Current manual driver's licence (essential)

Forklift licence highly regarded

MR licence advantageous

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 3:30pm

Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
