Brooks Equipment in Oxley, Queensland, is seeking an organised administrator to join our expanding team. Based in Oxley, you will support service coordination, purchasing, invoicing and logistics across our equipment business.

You’ll work with customers, contractors and internal teams to coordinate activities and maintain accurate records. This hands-on role involves raising POs, managing invoices, scheduling services, and processing orders, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
