mycar is seeking a Hands-on Leading Hand Mechanic in Sydney to work on the tools and guide a small workshop team. You will support the Store Manager with effective workflow, allocate jobs, and ensure quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate 3 in Automotive Technician (Light), a valid Australian driver's licence, and availability to work every second Saturday. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
