Accounts Officer | Accounts Payable & Receivable

Experienced in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or both? Considering your next career move?

We're looking to connect with experienced Accounts Officers for potential upcoming opportunities across the mining, construction, engineering and heavy industry sectors.

We're looking for:

- Accounts Payable - invoice processing, payment runs and supplier reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable - customer invoicing, debtor management and collections
- Purchase orders, invoice matching and resolving discrepancies
- High-volume transactions and account reconciliations
- General ledger support and month-end processes
- Accounting systems such as SAP, Pronto, Oracle, MYOB,



Xero or similar

About you:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer, AP or AR position
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident managing deadlines and competing priorities
- Comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing or heavy industry is highly regarded
