Fibber McGee's in Leederville, WA is seeking a full time Chef de Partie to support our busy kitchen. We produce in-house sauces, stocks, butter, bread and desserts, and we dry age and butcher beef on the premises. You will contribute to high standards and play a key role in day-to-day kitchen operations.

Working with the Head Chef, you will help plan menus, manage inventory, and supervise junior staff to maintain quality and efficiency. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
