POP MART is expanding its Australian presence and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a flagship store in Sydney, coaching a team of about 20, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving robust commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach, train and manage performance, support recruitment, onboarding and rosters, and ensure inventory and store standards while supporting peak trading periods.
