voco Gold Coast is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on a casual basis. You are one of the first and last contacts for guests, helping to create memorable experiences from check-in to check-out.

You will handle inquiries, manage reservations, payments, and provide local knowledge. Opera PMS experience is highly regarded. We offer competitive casual hourly rates, adaptable shifts, and staff discounts across IHG hotels.
