Grand Pacific Health Ltd is seeking a part time Youth Access Worker for headspace Wollongong. The role focuses on welcoming young people, assessing needs, and triaging referrals to suitable services. You will coordinate care pathways within headspace Wollongong and with external providers, supporting families as required.
