Connect Home Care in the Central Coast Region is seeking 6 experienced female disability support workers to join our team. You will support participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and in community settings, delivering consistent, secure, and meaningful care.

Responsibilities include delivering person-centred supports, assisting with personal care, enabling community access, and documenting shift notes and incidents.
