The Lucas Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Agronomist to take national ownership of market development, engaging with corporate farming operations and large family growers to design and implement season-long crop programmes. With 30+ years of IP and data, you’ll have autonomy, a platform, and the tools to build meaningful programs.

Work from home is preferred across SA, VIC or NSW with extensive national travel to drive results and grow nationwide partnerships with agribusinesses and growers.
