Drakes Moonta is seeking a Bakery Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the bakery department. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will help ensure product availability, maintain quality standards and deliver friendly service to customers.

You will lead and coach the bakery team, assist with rosters, stock control and merchandising, and contribute to a safe, efficient retail environment. This role offers on-site training and transparent opportunities for promotion within our growing
