SportsHealth Physio & Sports Injury Clinic – South Yarra VIC
SportsHealth Physiotherapy clinic is seeking a friendly and qualified Receptionist to join our teams at South Yarra and Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients at the two locations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
- Answering and responding to incoming phone calls in a courteous manner
- Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within a healthcare or similar service-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm,
friendly and professional service to patients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Competent in using computer systems and office equipment
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive patient experience
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
