Private Advertiser in Brisbane seeks an Assistant Director / 2IC to help prepare and open a brand-current early childhood centre, guiding daily operations and leading administration.

You will support the Director with family engagement, enrolments, rostering and staff onboarding, while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies. This is a pivotal off-the-floor leadership role with opportunities to shape systems and culture from day one.
