Group Marketing Manager

Colab Resources is seeking a hands-on Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing across a growing group spanning electrical, renewable energy, contracting, plumbing and recruitment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll own marketing strategy and delivery, build brand awareness and turn campaigns into quality leads and measurable business growth.

About the role

- Lead marketing strategy, campaigns and budgets across multiple businesses.
- Manage Google Ads, paid and organic social media, SEO and website performance.
- Oversee content, branding, capability statements and marketing collateral.
- Use HubSpot to improve lead capture, follow-up, conversion and reporting.
- Coordinate internal contributors and external agencies to deliver results.

About you





- Proven marketing management experience with demonstrated lead generation and commercial results.
- Robust digital advertising, social media, CRM and marketing automation skills.
- Confident managing budgets, suppliers and competing priorities.
- Strategic, creative and comfortable getting hands-on.
- Experience in trades, construction, renewables or recruitment highly regarded.
