At Empire Signs Group, we're all about creating visibility, and we're looking for a motivated, organised and creative individual to join our team at our Kyabram headquarters.

This is a unique hybrid role combining signage design, project management and client coordination, giving you the opportunity to be involved in projects from the initial concept right through to installation.

Full-Time | Kyabram, VIC | Empire Signs Group

What will you be doing?

No two days are the same at Empire You'll be involved in:

- Managing signage projects from initial enquiry through to installation.
- Preparing quotations, artwork proofs and production-ready files.
- Working with clients to bring their signage ideas to life.
- Coordinating with our in-house production and installation teams.
- Conducting site surveys and confirming measurements and specifications.
- Liaising with suppliers, organising materials and keeping projects on track.
- Problem-solving, managing timelines and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

Who are we looking for?

We're not necessarily looking for someone who ticks every box. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude, industry knowledge and willingness to learn.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in the signage industry, whether that's design, manufacturing, installation or project management.




- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator) and/or FlexiSIGN.
- An understanding of signage materials, construction methods and production processes.
- Robust communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with clients and managing multiple projects.
- Great attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently while being part of a team.

Already a qualified signwriter? If you're ready to get off the tools but still want to use your industry knowledge, this could be the perfect next step.

Coming from a graphic design background? If you've worked with signage and want to expand your skills into project management, we'd love to chat.

Previous project management experience would be great, but it's not essential for the right person.
